We begin with a private Zoom consultation call or an on-site consultation to thoughtfully understand your space, your lifestyle, and how you want your home to feel. From there, each project is approached with intention, and a custom plan designed exclusively for you.
We start by carefully decluttering each space, editing down to what you truly love, use, and want to live with today. Once the physical clutter is cleared, I design simple, elegant systems that feel effortless to maintain and seamlessly support the way you live now.
No two projects are ever the same. Every space is intentionally assessed, researched, and designed off-site to ensure the final result feels cohesive, elevated, and naturally aligned with your home.
For clients who wish to go deeper, I can suggest feng shui design ideas to enhance flow, balance, and harmony within your home. After the physical clutter is cleared, I’m also happy to offer space energy clearing upon request. As every object and space holds energy, this brings a quiet yet transformative reset, allowing your home to feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned.

One Space - Half a Day
Declutter, edit, sort + organize
One space, tailored to your needs. Project scope and goals are defined with the client to maximize results in a focused half-day session.
What might this look like? Taking an average closet as an example; we remove everything, sort it, fold it and return it in an organized system. (There’s a bit more to it than this, but just to give you an idea!)
What could I get done in a 1/2 day? The possibilities are endless depending on your priorities, but you could get your entryway closets and your bedroom closet or a small playroom or your living room organized. We could organize a small storage unit or shed. Depending on the size of the space and the amount of ‘stuff’ in the space
Additional Support Included:
Donation drop-off included on your behalf (one car load per day)
Optional Organizing Solutions
We’ll recommend bins, baskets, dividers, and other tools for your space. If you’d like, we can also source and purchase them for you as an optional add-on ($100). The cost of products is always separate.If your priority space is finished early, we’ll move on to another space.
Price: $380
(All pricing includes GST, and donation drop-offs. Organizing products are charged separately.)
For a small additional travel fee of +$85, we will happily travel to the Cowichan Valley from Victoria.
Multi Space - Full Day (8hrs)
Declutter, edit, sort + organize
Multiple spaces or one large area, tailored to your needs. Project scope and goals are defined with you to maximize results in a focused full-day session.
What might this look like? If we are focusing on one large room, I will remove everything, sort it, and categorize it. Together, we’ll decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. Once we’ve determined what is truly useful and meaningful for this stage of your life, I will fold, organize, and return everything into thoughtfully designed, functional systems that make your space feel calm, clear, and livable.
What could I get done in 1 day with a Professional Organizer? The possibilities are endless, but we could tackle multiple bedrooms, multiple closets, or multiple bathrooms (Not all in one day, we’ll focus on the spaces you prioritize most.). Alternatively, we could organize one garage, storage unit, or shed. The exact spaces are determined by your goals and the amount of “stuff” in each area, so the day is fully customized to maximize results.

What could I get done over several days? This package is great if you would like your whole condo organized or your home fully decluttered and organized over several days. Or if you need help packing up to move, and then unpacking and getting organized and settled in quickly in your new home.
